¡®Ggum Irang¡¯ is a portmanteau combining ¡®Irang¡¯ (furrow) and
¡®Ggum¡¯ (dreams), thus becoming ¡®furrow of dreams¡¯ in Korean
that metaphorically symbolizes a place for students who can
nurture their dreams and hopes for the future, as if farmers
are pulling a plough through a field and making furrows,
while longing for a thriving harvest.
